Such payment arrangements form part of the operational structure established for specific jurisdictions and are conducted under the supervision and authorization of IEGEG.

Participants making payments through authorized licensed agents acknowledge and understand that:

  • the licensed agent is acting within the scope of authority granted under the IEGEG Licensed Agency Programme; 
  • payments received by the licensed agent are processed under the applicable operational framework; 
  • the licensed agent is responsible for remitting applicable funds to IEGEG in accordance with the governing Agency Agreement; 
  • IEGEG may receive payment confirmations together with participant registration information for administrative processing; 
  • IEGEG reserves the right to verify the authorization status of any licensed agent at any time. 

Participants are strongly encouraged to ensure that any payment made through an agent is made only to a currently authorized licensed IEGEG agent or an officially approved business entity operating under the IEGEG Agency Programme.

The authority granted to each licensed agent is governed by the applicable Agency Agreement and remains subject to ongoing compliance with IEGEG operational policies.

IEGEG reserves the right to suspend, revoke, modify, or terminate the authorization of any licensed agent at any time where considered necessary for operational, legal, administrative, or compliance purposes.
