REFUND POLICY

1. Overview

The INTERNATIONAL EXHIBITION FOR GLOBAL ECONOMY GROWTH is committed to providing an outstanding experience for all participants. Should you need to request a refund, please review the following policy:

2. Registration and Ticket Fees

Cancellation by Attendee: To request a refund for registration or ticket fees, you must submit a written request to register@iegeg.com at least 20 days before the event's commencement. Refund requests made after this period will not be honored.
Refund Entitlements:
- Full Refund: Available for cancellations submitted at least 20 days prior to the event.
- Partial Refund: A 50% refund of the registration fee is available for cancellations made between 5 to 19 days before the event.
- No Refund: Cancellations made less than 5 days before the event are ineligible for a refund.

3. Visa Invitation Letter

Visa Denial: If a participant's visa application is denied, a full refund of the registration and ticket fees will be reviewed and considered by the organizing board. To process refund, you must provide a written refund request along with a copy of the official visa refusal letter issued by the Canadian embassy or consulate.

4. Exhibition and Sponsorship Fees

Cancellation by Exhibitor/Sponsor: Requests for refunds must be submitted in writing to register@iegeg.com and must be received no later than 20 days before the event. Refund requests made after this deadline will not be considered.
Refund Entitlements:
- Full Refund: Available for cancellations received 20 days or more before the event.
- Partial Refund: A 50% refund of the exhibition or sponsorship fee is available for cancellations made between 10 to 19 days before the event.
- No Refund: Cancellations made less than 20 days before the event are not eligible for a refund.

5. Event Cancellation

In the event that IEGEG is canceled or rescheduled due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, governmental actions, or unforeseen circumstances, participants will be entitled to either a full refund or a credit/de ferment towards a subsequent edition of the event, as determined by IEGEG.

6. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 30 days from the receipt of the refund request and all necessary documentation. Refunds will be considered using the same payment method used for the registration payment.
